Based on what you've described i think we will make the trip over (as opposed to spending an extra week in Thailand and then heading over). Do you remember the name of the hostel you stayed in Hanoi? I stumbled upon your blog whilst researching up on whether or not to be in Vietnam over TET. Based on what you’ve described i think we will make the trip over (as opposed to spending an extra week in Thailand and then heading over). Do you remember the name of the hostel you stayed in Hanoi?
