However, I do think it can actually be straightforward disrespect too - it is most unlikely that rich Vietnamese would be made to move around tables if they did not want too - and that certainly would not happen on all the more up-market Halong Bay cruises... It&#039;s a matter of respect too, though I take your point about the limited English sounding ruder than it is meant.</description>
