Jimmy has some crack­ing meat products and we all tucked into his
fam­ous saus­ages. Then we watched as James Mar­tin demon­strated three
dishes from his book before join­ing the rest of our gang to see KT
Tun­stall per­form bril­liantly. The anim­als at the farm cover pigs of
all types from Guinea to Essex, but it was the but­ter­fly enclos­ure
that held my favour­ite treas­ure. Here it is lick­ing Luara’s hand. Cute.
