Sushi breakfast

May 28, 2009  |  General

A visit to the famous Tokyo fish market requires one to get out of
bed at a very unholy hour (5am).

The chaos of the market is perfectly balanced by visiting a tiny local
sushi resturant for breakfast. The master slices up the days catch and
within minutes a full selection awaits you. Then, chopsticks in hand,
you taste some of the finest sushi in the world, washed down by hot
green tea.

Simply divine.

Cesca enjoyed it too once we got across the language barrier that she
is allergic to squid. I ate it for her and also the sea urchin roll.
