  1. KarateVideo.TV – is a training portal designed for people practicing Kyokushin karate who are willing to take the 10 KYU – 3 DAN exams, as well as for Kyokushin admirers and those not indifferent to martial arts all over the world. The main aim of the portal is to inform the users about Kyokushin and its techniques, and also provide the video training material that is broadcasted via the Internet.
It is evident from the long experience that the majority of admirers of Kyokushin and other martial arts encounter the lack of information.
This is the single place where you can find Kyokushin material better to prepare for examination and recordings from Kyokushin events all over the globe.

  2. Hi guys

    Good review and write-up.

I really plan to get back into it this year — get in shape and perfect this art of ours.

Thanks for putting together a nice resource. Personally I just got to put in a plug and say fitness rocks

Always good to read about the activies of people.

I have trained hard in the past with running etc in thew army but I have to say combining Q10 and sparring gets the best results.

ALso with the latest in mdeical science and wholistic techniques I would not be supprised if life expectancy rose to 90+ years in the modern world.

  3. I remember the very first training session I had on martial arts when we were asked to do warm-up exercises just like the ones on the video. I was expecting some highly specialized and more sophisticated movements from our instructor and I was completely surprised to realize that the warm-up exercises that we were taught in our physical education classes during my elementary years were almost the same as the movements being shown by our martial arts instructor. I guess this proves that we should not take lightly any form of education we get in school or in any educational setting, even in pre-school for that matter, since every lesson learned may be useful in the long run. If only I have continued doing the same warm-up exercises that I’ve learned a long time ago, perhaps I would have been a better martial arts student today — more flexible with better endurance. :)
