For My Grandmother’s Xmas prezzy I painted her this picture of my recently late Grandfather; Jack Bell. Here he is sitting in his chair as he allways did and reading the days paper, whilst behind him you can see his beloved book case.
As with all portraits from a photo I don’t feel I absolutely hit the mark, but I do feel that I did this great old man justice, especially considering I haven’t painted for 4 years!
